Bobby O Connor is the founder of Apex Property Management and has owned and managed property in Ireland for the last 8 years. He manages the day to day operations of the business and is responsible for sourcing rental properties for tenants, conducting property surveys for perspective clients, renovation works and building maintenance.
Bobby overseas all properties in Munster and the Midlands. He is a member of the Irish Property Owners Association (IPOA) and multiple property networks in Ireland, the UK and abroad.
As specialists in property management, Luke oversees tenanting, contracts, and vetting on behalf of property owners. Our meticulous approach guarantees a seamless rental process, providing property owners with hassle-free management. Partnering with us ensures consistent returns and peace of mind, knowing your property is in capable hands.
Luke has extensive experience in property maintenance and ensuring adherence to standards and regulations. He manages properties in Meath and Dublin for Apex Property Management.
